Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to $35 .If you are more than 20 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.We require a credit card and payment to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file.In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services

How is it different from Lash Shampoo ?
Fluff guard is a specialty formulated solution (quick fix) nbspto clean lashes from oil, protein make up residue or fall out. It is not a make up remover. We recommend that solution to clean lashes of residue or when fans are not fluffy anymore due to cosmetics used around eye area. this solution no need to be rinsed or dried.
It is recommended to use before lash application to clean lashes from proteins and oils. Can remove small amounts of make up but for complete makeup lash shampoo is recommended,nbsp
Lash Shampoo is a complete lash and eye make up remover and cleanser for skin around the eyes. It is in foam formula and need to be rinsed and pat dry.nbsp
